Business support
Steady back-office work. Room to grow.
Three Js Enterprises Inc. helps small businesses in Florida keep their administration, operations and written procedures in order, so the owner can focus on the work.
The company
Administration is a discipline, not an afterthought.
The company takes on the routine that slows a small team down: scheduling, records, vendor follow-up and the procedures nobody has had time to write.

Where to start
Pick the situation that sounds like yours.
Each entry below describes a common starting point. The answer points to the service that fits.
The office is drowning in small tasks
Recurring admin piles up when no one owns it. We take over the routine work and keep a simple log of what was done.
Work flows differently every time
We map how a job actually moves through your business and write down a version that holds, so quality does not depend on memory.
Nothing is written down
When procedures live in one person's head, absence hurts. We write short step-by-step documents your team can follow.
We are growing and the old way broke
Growth exposes gaps in scheduling, records and handovers. We review what changed and propose a plan you approve before any work starts.
Inside the work
The kind of work we take on.
Day-to-day support, careful planning and documents that stay useful after we hand them over.

How it runs
Four steps from first call to steady support.
Each step ends with something written, so both sides know where the work stands.
- 01
First call
We talk through what takes up your time and what you want off your desk.
- 02
Written plan
You get a short plan with scope, cost and what we need from you.
- 03
Set-up
We take over the agreed tasks and agree how we hand information back and forth.
- 04
Review
We check what is working and adjust the arrangement as your business changes.
Good administration is quiet. You notice it only when it is missing.
Before you call
Questions people ask us first.
Short answers to what comes up before an engagement starts.
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. The first call is a conversation to work out whether we can help; a fee applies only once you approve a written scope.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Most administration work is done remotely. Longer planning sessions can be held at your premises in Florida when that is easier.
How do you handle our data?
We work only with what the task requires, keep it in company accounts, and never pass it to third parties for advertising.
Can you take over mid-project?
Yes. We start by reviewing what exists, then agree which parts we pick up and which stay with your team.
Next step
Tell us what keeps falling behind.
Write a few lines about your situation. There is no obligation, and the first reply costs nothing.
